Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and NexusLink Services India Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Accovo website, CRM app, APIs, and associated web tools (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

Accovo provides cloud-based financial customer relationship management (CRM) software featuring invoice creation, expense tracking, tax estimations, cash flow tools, and multi-country tax setups.

30-Day Free Trial: We offer a 30-day free trial period for new customers to evaluate our software's capabilities. During the trial period, full access is granted without immediate credit card requirements. You may cancel the subscription at any point before the trial expires to avoid future charges.

To use our CRM modules, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete corporate info. You are entirely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace password and login tokens.
• Restricting access to your computer, API endpoints, and workspace keys.
• All activities, data transfers, and transactions that occur under your account profiles.

We highly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) to prevent unauthorized access. If you suspect any breach of account security, contact us immediately.

Fees for using Accovo are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) according to the pricing tier selected. All fees are in USD (or local equivalent currency) and are non-refundable, except as detailed in our Refund Policy.

• Auto-Renewal: Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file.
• Taxes: All pricing tiers exclude statutory sales tax, GST, or VAT, which will be calculated and appended at the checkout interface.
• Fee Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify pricing tiers upon 30 days prior notice.

All content on the Accovo platform, including logo marks, designs, source code, website copy, graphics, interfaces, databases, and general product workflows (collectively, the "Proprietary IP") is owned or licensed by NexusLink Services India Pvt Ltd.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our CRM tools for your internal business operations. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or distribute the platform's proprietary frameworks without our explicit consent.

Accovo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain high availability and accurate tax computations:

• We make no representations or warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely accurate at all times.
• The tax, compliance, and currency computations provided by our engine are estimates to assist your workflow. It is your sole responsibility to review tax calculations with a qualified accountant before submission to government agencies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NexusLink Services India Pvt Ltd or its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or operational savings.

Our total aggregate liability under these terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to us during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right, without liability, to suspend or terminate your account and workspace access if:

• You fail to make timely payments for your subscription tier.
• You violate these terms or upload materials that breach security policies.
• We are required to do so by regulatory authorities.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your workspace will remain accessible until the end of your prepaid billing period.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
